Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days.

RETURNS

• Exchanges or refunds may be requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

• Clients requesting a return must contact us by email or by phone for approval.

• The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice.

• Products returned without authorization will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• No refund is applicable on special orders.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.

• All merchandise must be in its original packaging.

IMPORT CHARGES

Please be aware that our shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties.

Import charges (including taxes and customs fees) may apply to orders shipped outside of Canada. Import charges are levied by the customs office of your shipping destination and vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping questions, please contact us.

If an order is placed and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package, as well as any additional charges related to the return of the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Mini4x4 is not responsible for any packages deemed abandoned by UPS or any other shipping company.
