Duties and taxes
PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that our shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties.
Import charges (including taxes and customs fees) may apply to orders shipped outside of Canada. Import charges are levied by the customs office of your shipping destination and vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any shipping questions, please contact us.
If an order is placed and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package as well as any additionnal charges related to the return of the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Mini4x4 is not responsible for any packages deemed abandoned by UPS or any other shipping company.

We are pleased to offer shipping to most international destinations and we do ship internationally every day. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the number of items purchased and their weight. However, please note that our system may have difficulty calculating the exact shipping cost for large items and international orders. The actual shipping cost will only be determined once the order is packed and ready to be shipped. If you are overcharged, we will process a refund once the order is shipped. On the other hand, if there are any extra applicable shipping fees, we will contact you beforehand.
