DUTIES & SALES TAX / IMPORT CHARGES

Please be aware that our shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties.

Please be aware that if you're ordering a product from outside Canada, you may be charged import fees, including taxes and customs fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to control these charges, and you'll need to pay them directly to the shipping company that serves as your broker. If you prefer to use your own broker, please provide us with their information at checkout.

The amount of these import charges varies based on your shipping destination's customs regulations. These charges are determined by a variety of factors, such as the product's country of origin, its value, and local import tax rates and regulations. We are legally required to disclose the total value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you have any questions about duties or taxes that may apply to your shipment, please contact the customs office in your destination country.

If you decide to refuse your order, you'll be responsible for the original shipping costs in addition to any duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred in shipping the package. You will also be responsible for any additional charges related to the return of the package. These amounts will be deducted from your refund for the merchandise. Please note that Mini4x4 is not responsible for packages that are considered abandoned by UPS or any other shipping company.

DELIVERY ISSUES

We ship to the address listed on the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost, plus any other fees incurred due to the wrong address provided. Items that get lost or damaged due to the address error by the recipient won't be refunded.
